<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking experienced Regional CDL A Drivers for a long-term, flexible opportunity. This role involves regional driving with no-touch drop-and-hook freight and offers steady work, competitive pay, and access to benefits.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>

  <li><strong>Pay rate:</strong> $30 per hour</li>
  <li><strong>Overtime:</strong> After 40 hours</li>
  <li><strong>Estimated weekly pay:</strong> $1,800</li>
  <li><strong>Annual earning potential:</strong> Up to $80,000</li>
  <li><strong>Hours per week:</strong> 40</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule options:</strong>
    <ul>
      <li>Sunday through Thursday, with start times between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.</li>
      <li>Tuesday through Saturday, with start times between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.</li>

  <li><strong>Freight:</strong> No-touch drop-and-hook freight</li>

  <li><strong>Handling:</strong> Drivers should be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Operate the vehicle safely and responsibly while completing assigned routes, pickups, and deliveries.</li>
  <li>Follow all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, customer rules, standards, and guidelines.</li>
  <li>Report equipment problems, accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after each route.</li>
  <li>Safely and frequently enter and exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.</li>
  <li>Complete deliveries and other assigned duties according to customer requirements.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.</li>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
  <li>Acceptable references from past employers.</li>
  <li>Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and moving freight as needed.</li>
