<h3><strong>CDL A Driver - Local - $29.91 Per Hour - Indianapolis, IN</strong></h3>

<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>We are seeking safe, professional CDL-A drivers to support operations out of Indianapolis, IN. Drivers will be responsible for local deliveries of palletized carts, shrink-wrapped medical supplies, and equipment to healthcare customers across the state. This position starts at 3 AM. </p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Monday - Friday
	<li>3 AM start
	<li>Drivers typically work 8–12 hour routes and average 45–48 hours per week. Overtime is paid after 40 hours. 
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Operate a tractor-trailer with a liftgate trailer
	<li>Complete on-time deliveries to hospitals, surgery centers, dialysis units, and distribution centers
	<li>Unload palletized freight using an electric pallet jack
	<li>Perform handcart work and manual handling as needed, lifting up to 40 lbs.
	<li>Maintain professional communication and safe delivery practices at all times
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL-A license
	<li>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
	<li>Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required
	<li>Ability to safely unload using an electric pallet jack
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
