Your day to day as a Delivery Driver CDL-A

Your role will involve manually unloading these products using a two-wheeler on metal truck ramps, where your customer service skills will shine as you create a positive experience at each site. Does this sound like you?
To excel as a Full-Time Delivery Driver CDL-A with Upper Lakes Foods, you'll need a mix of technical skills and a customer-focused mindset. Operating a tractor trailer safely is essential, so a valid Class A CDL is required. You'll be unloading various products using a two-wheeled hand cart, so physical strength and stamina are crucial; lifting and moving items in a variety of sizes, with boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Moving product with the two-wheeled cart may have a combined weight up to 500 pounds. Familiarity with software for pre-trip inspections and invoice verification, along with the ability to maintain delivery schedules, is equally important. You should be comfortable working in diverse weather conditions, the ability to work third-shift hours, and have strong communication skills to interact with customers.
Above all, a commitment to safety, teamwork, and integrity will set you apart, as you navigate both the road and the demands of this dynamic role!
