This is a 
W-2 position
 utilizing newer model day cabs in a slip-seat operation.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay:
 $0.57 - $0.65 CPM (based on experience)
Additional Pay:
 $20 per stop / $45 short-haul bonus for routes under 96 miles
Home Time:
 Home daily with two scheduled days off per week

Schedule & Shifts
12-hour shifts on average
24/7 operation: Drivers must be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays (start times may vary)
Requirements
License:
 Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Experience:
 Minimum of 3 months of solo Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (Note: Driving school or training time does not count toward this requirement)
Location:
 Must reside within 50 miles of Tipp City, OH, and have reliable transportation for a daily commute to the distribution center
Safety:
 Must meet all DOT drug, alcohol, and safety requirements
Background:
 Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), accident history, and criminal background will be reviewed on an individual, case-by-case basis
