<h3><strong>Pay Information:</strong></h3>

	<li><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $30.00+ per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
	<li><strong>Overtime:</strong> Paid after 40 hours worked
	<li><strong>Estimated Weekly Earnings:</strong> Approximately <strong>$1,200-$1,350+ per week</strong>, depending on experience and overtime worked

<strong>Route & Load Details:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Route Type:</strong> Local, home daily
	<li><strong>Delivery Area:</strong> 60+ miles from Peoria, IL to Clinton, IL, 2-3 loads per day
	<li><strong>Freight:</strong> Steel coils, steel beams, and other industrial materials
	<li><strong>Equipment:</strong> 2027 International automatic day cabs
	<li><strong>Handling:</strong> Driver is loaded by a forklift operator each day. Driver is responsible for spotting the forklift operator during loading, securing the load, and strapping/unstrapping freight at delivery locations. No tarping.

<h3><strong>Schedule:</strong></h3>

	<li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time
	<li><strong>Days:</strong> Monday-Friday
	<li><strong>Start Time:</strong> Between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM
	<li><strong>Shift Length:</strong> Approximately 8-9 hours per day
	<li><strong>Weekly Hours:</strong> 40-45 hours
	<li><strong>Overtime:</strong> As needed, paid after 40 hours

<strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate a CDL A flatbed truck on local routes.
	<li>Transport steel coils and beams while following all DOT and company safety standards.
	<li>Spot the forklift operator during loading.
	<li>Secure loads using straps and ensure freight is properly secured before transport.
	<li>Unstrap loads at customer delivery locations.
	<li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
	<li>Complete driver logs and required paperwork.
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
	<li>Work safely in a physically demanding role, including prolonged periods outdoors in very hot conditions.
	<li>Must be capable of working in high-heat environments for 8-10 hours per day.

<strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL Class A
	<li>Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant, verifiable CDL A driving experience
	<li>Flatbed experience required
	<li>Heavy haul or oversized load experience (6-12 months) preferred but not required
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major violations or preventable accidents within the past 3 years
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA qualifications
