Position Overview: Are you a reliable, safety-conscious CDL A flatbed driver looking for a great opportunity? Universal Logistics is seeking experienced
Class A CDL flatbed drivers to join our team in the Dearborn, MI area. We currently have home-daily & home weekend's positions hauling lumber, rebar, and various metal products.
What We Offer:
Home daily & weekend home time options available
Up to $2,200 per week
Flatbed Freight (coils of all types & sheets)
Well-maintained, modern equipment
Stable, long-term work
Supportive dispatch and management team
Equipment:
Conestoga Flatbed trailers
Late model trucks
Responsibilities:
Safely operate Class A tractor-trailer equipment
Secure and transport flatbed freight using chains, binders & straps in compliance with DOT regulations
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Accurately maintain logs and required documentation
Communicate any issues or incidents promptly with dispatch
Maintain a strong focus on safety and professionalism
Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of recent flatbed experience
Clean driving record
No more than 
two (2) moving violations in the past 3 years
No more than 
three (3) accidents in the past 3 years
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
