CDL A Driver | $28/hr plus Overtime | Cincinnati, OH

TransForce is seeking CDL A Drivers to support local operations based in Cincinnati, OH. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Driver Details 

• Schedule: Mon - Fri, occasional Saturday, 7 am-5 pm, Home Daily
• Pay: Avg. $1,550/week (drivers can make up to $1,700/week)
• Route Type: Local
• Freight / Load Type: Transporting Mulch
• Equipment: Tractor Trailer with Dump Trailer 
• Handling: No Touch / Tarping

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission
• Equipment Experience: Preferred dump trailer, tarping, and walking floor trailer experience, but will train.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) 
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate TT with dump trailer on local routes
• Transport mulch in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
• Perform required handling tasks, including tarping
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including tarping and walking the floor
