Flex CDL-A Open Deck Company Drivers




Competitive hourly pay with bonus on top.
 Earn up to $25/hr* with an additional $2/hr safety and service bonus,* for drivers who bring professionalism to every run.


A schedule built around your life.
 This flex position keeps you out 3-4 nights a week - giving you the earning consistency without the full-week commitments of OTR.


Close to home.
 Runs typically stay within a 350-mile radius of the Quad Cities, keeping you on familiar roads and close to your home base.


Night delivery flexibility.
 Drivers should be comfortable delivering at night on occasion as part of the role.

Driver Requirements




Valid Class A CDL


2+ years tractor-trailer experience


No DUIs in the last 5 years


Must be 23 years of age or older


OTR Open Deck - Specialized: Must be able to obtain TWIC card
