Non-CDL Driver - Touch Freight - $24.50 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL driver to support local operations based in Rochester, NY. 

This position offers a Tuesday-Friday schedule, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Non-CDL Driver Details: 

• Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 8am Start time, roughly 6:30pm end time

• Pay:  $24.50 Per hour, $1,100 - $1,200 estimated weekly pay

• Route Type: Local, Upstate NY, NO NYC

• Freight / Load Type: Wine/Spirits

• Equipment: Box Truck

• Handling: Touch freight, white glove delivery service, unloading with a hand cart

Non-CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• Valid Driver's License

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: DOT MED CARD REQUIRED

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Non-CDL Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate Box Truck on local routes - 20 stops per route 

• Transport wine/spirits in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks, including unloading cases with a hand cart

• Meet the physical demands of the role
