<p>TransForce is seeking a CDL B driver to support local operations based in Plainfield, IN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM start time</li>
    <li>Pay: $1,425/week Guarantee Minimum, $0.54 per mile, up to $1,600 per week</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: Local Floater position, covering where needed</li>
    <li>Equipment: 28' Box Truck with liftgate, Automatic transmission</li>
    <li>Handling: Touch freight, manual, and electric pallet jacks</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate CDL B equipment on local routes</li>
    <li>Transport CDL B equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Perform required handling tasks, including touch freight</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
    <li>Meet the physical demands of the role</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>License: CDL B</li>
    <li>Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Endorsements: Hazmat</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
