<p>TransForce is seeking a dependable Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to support local operations for our client in Chatham, Massachusetts. This on-site position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $22 per hour</li>
  <li><strong>Overtime:</strong> Overtime available after 40 hours</li>
  <li><strong>Attendance Bonus:</strong> $250 quarterly</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday through Saturday</li>
  <li><strong>Days Off:</strong> Tuesday and Sunday</li>
  <li><strong>Start Time:</strong> 6:00 a.m.</li>
  <li><strong>Daily Schedule:</strong> 8–10 hours per day</li>
  <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week</li>

  <li><strong>Freight:</strong> Seafood delivered to hotels and restaurants</li>

  <li><strong>Work Setting:</strong> On-site and dedicated</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate a refrigerated box truck on local routes.</li>
  <li>Transport seafood in accordance with applicable DOT and company safety standards.</li>
  <li>Make deliveries to hotels and restaurants.</li>
  <li>Use a pallet jack to complete deliveries.</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork.</li>
  <li>Complete warehouse work after deliveries are finished.</li>
  <li>Meet the physical demands of the position.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid driver’s license; no commercial driver’s license required.</li>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable box truck driving experience.</li>
  <li>Box truck equipment experience.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
</ul>
