Non-CDL Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker | $22/hr | Chatham, MA  

TransForce is seeking a Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to support local operations based in Chatham, MA. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Worker Details: 

<ul>
	<li>
	Schedule: Monday - Saturday; Start time 6AM; 8-10 hours per day; average 40 - 50 hours per week 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Pay:  $22/hour, OT after 40 hours, $700 - $800 Estimated weekly pay
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Route Type: local
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Freight / Load Type: Hauling seafood to hotels & restaurants 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Equipment: refrigerated box truck
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Handling: Pallet jack for deliveries & some warehouse work
	
</ul>

Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Worker Minimum Requirements:  

<ul>
	<li>
	License: Non-CDL, valid Driver&apos;s License
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Experience: 3-6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable Box Truck driving experience 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Equipment Experience: Box truck
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 
	
</ul>

Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:  

<ul>
	<li>
	Safely operate a refrigerated box truck on local routes 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>
	Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 
	
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries
	<li>Some warehouse work required after deliveries are completed
</ul>
