<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>Our client is seeking a Lead Diesel Mechanic in Creola, Alabama. The ideal candidate will supervise 2-3 mechanics and have extensive experience in diesel engine repair and rebuilding.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience
	<li>Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays required
	<li>Typical Shift: 6 AM to 5 PM
	<li>Overtime: Available after 40 hours
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Supervise and manage a team of 2-3 mechanics
	<li>Perform engine rebuilds and repairs on diesel vehicles
	<li>Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>5-10 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable diesel mechanic experience
	<li>Some management experience required
	<li>CDL preferred but not required
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
