Non-CDL Box Truck Driver | $24/hour | Needham, MA

TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to support local operations based in Needham, MA. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Details 

• Schedule: M-F; 7 AM start time; about 8.5 hour days; 8-10 stops per day 

• Pay:  $24/hour, $900 - $1,000 Estimated weekly pay

• Route Type: local

• Freight / Load Type: HVAC supplies

• Equipment: Box truck

• Handling: Heavy touch - unloading HVAC supplies via hand cart
• Work is about 70% driving, 30% warehouse duties

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: Non-CDL 

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: Med card

• Equipment Experience: Box truck

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate a box truck on local routes 

• Transport HVAC supplies in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including unloading HVAC supplies with hand truck

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a hand truck to unload
• Work is about 70% driving, 30% warehouse duties
