<p>TransForce is seeking a <strong>Non-CDL Box Truck Driver</strong> to support <strong>local delivery operations</strong> based in <strong>Berlin, CT</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Temp-to-Hire:</strong> This position offers steady, full-time work, consistent local routes, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3><strong>Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Details:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time, Monday–Friday
	<li><strong>Shift:</strong> 1st Shift
	<li><strong>Pay:</strong> <strong>$24.00 per hour</strong>
	<li><strong>Route Type:</strong> Local
	<li><strong>Delivery Area:</strong> Local storefronts and small warehouses
	<li><strong>Freight / Load Type:</strong> General freight
	<li><strong>Equipment:</strong> Box truck / delivery vehicle
	<li><strong>Handling:</strong> <strong>Touch freight</strong> – drivers will load, unload, and deliver freight to customers
	<li><strong>Home Time:</strong> Home Daily

<h3><strong>Non-CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>License:</strong> Valid state-issued driver&apos;s license
	<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Prior commercial delivery, route driving, or box truck experience preferred
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record
	<li>Ability to safely load and unload freight
	<li>Ability to lift and handle freight as required
	<li>Must meet all applicable DOT and company safety requirements
</ul>

<h3><strong>Non-CDL Driver Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate a company delivery vehicle on local routes
	<li>Deliver freight to storefronts and small warehouse locations
	<li>Load and unload freight using proper handling techniques
	<li>Verify deliveries and obtain required signatures
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
	<li>Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records
	<li>Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and operations
	<li>Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and work environment
</ul>
