<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>We are currently seeking a Non-CDL Yard Jockey/Switcher to join our team in Elsmere, Kentucky. This position offers a pay rate of $25 per hour with a day shift schedule.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay: $25 per hour
	<li>Schedule:
	<ul>
		<li>Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday: 6 AM to 6 PM
		<li>Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6 AM to 6 PM (the following week)
	</ul>
	
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Operate yard trucks to move trailers within the yard
	<li>Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
	<li>Perform necessary inspections on equipment
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>12+ months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months
	<li>Experience backing 48–53-foot trailers is a must
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be at least 21 years old
