<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Coordinator to support administrative and operational activities related to driver documentation, compliance tracking, and general office coordination.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay Rate: $23 Per Hour
	<li>Employment Type: Temp to Perm
	<li>Tentative Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
</ul>

<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Experience within transportation or logistics is considered a plus; however, it is not required for the role.
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Maintain and organize records for active and terminated drivers.
	<li>Support administrative follow-up related to driver files and compliance documentation.
	<li>Coordinate and update internal databases, trackers, and operational records.
	<li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation processes.
	<li>Provide support with reporting, file management, and daily administrative activities.
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.</strong>
	<li><strong>At least 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable experience in administrative or coordinator-related positions.</strong>
	<li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
	<li>Detail-oriented with ability to manage confidential information.
	<li>Good communication and teamwork skills.
	<li>Basic to intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge.
</ul>
