Non-CDL Box Truck Driver | $19 Per Hour | Sandston, VA  

TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to support local operations based in Sandston, Virginia. Med card is required. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 3 AM start; 10 hour days. Saturdays required around major holidays

• Pay:  $19 Per Hour

• Route Type: local

• Freight / Load Type: flowers and flower handling materials such as vases and boxes

• Equipment: 16' - 26' box trucks 

• Handling: Heavy touch - loading and unloading

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: Non CDL

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: Med card

• Equipment Experience: Box truck

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate16' - 26' box trucks on local routes 

• Transport in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including loading and unloading.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
