    <li>Carrying 5-6 bags by hand at a time and loading them onto the trailer.</li>
    <li>Unloading at the warehouse by the warehouse staff.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Valid Driver's License</li>
    <li>DOT Med Card</li>
    <li>Ability to safely lift and move bags weighing up to 50 pounds</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
    <li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>
</ul>
