Non-CDL Driver - Touch Freight - $23 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL driver to support local operations based in Towson, MD.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

• Schedule: [Mon-Fri w/ some Weekends / 1st Shift (may have some evening events during peak season / home daily
• Pay: $23 Per hour, $1,000 - $1,100 Estimated weekly pay
• Route Type: Local
• Freight / Load Type: Tents, tables, chairs, event equipment
• Equipment: Box Truck , 22ft-26ft, Automatic
• Handling: Loading & unloading by had with assistance from the crew

• License: Non-CDL 
• Experience: 1+years of recent, relevant, and verifiable BOX TRUCK driving experience
• Endorsements: None
• Equipment Experience: Box truck
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

• Safely operate Non-CDL box truck on local routes
• Transport lawncare materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks including loading/unloading event equipment (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including strapping
