Non-CDL Driver - Touch Freight - $21.50 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL driver to support local operations based in Shrewsbury, MA. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Non-CDL Driver Details: 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday: Monday 2am start, Tuesday - Friday 3:30am start, 10 hour days

• Pay:  $21.50 Per hour + OT after 40 hours, $900 - $1,000 Estimated weekly pay

• Route Type: Local, 12-15 stops per day

• Equipment: 16' Box Trucks

• Handling: Heavy touch freight, boxes weigh up to 75lbs.

Non-CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: Non-CDL

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: DOT Med Card

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Non-CDL Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate Non-CDL equipment on local routes 

• Transport Non-CDL equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including heavy touch freight, boxes weighing up to 75lbs.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
