Position Summary

Looking to turn high physical effort into high-tier pay? We are onboarding Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated retail fleet running out of Pennsylvania. This lane is tailored for drivers who aren't afraid of heavy physical labor and want a predictable weekly schedule that pays top dollar.
Earnings & Route Specs

Weekly Earnings: $1,600 - $1,900 average gross per week
Estimated Annual Salary: $83,200 - $98,800 per year
Pay Structure: $1.10 CPM on all driven miles + $270 per load unload pay + $17 per stop
Weekly Mileage: ~1,000 consistent average miles per week
Freight Handling: 100% driver hand-unload dry van freight (handling 5,000+ pieces per trailer)

Schedule & Driver Lifestyle

Home Time Routine: Guaranteed home weekly for a complete 34-hour restart
Shift Environment: Operates around the clock with heavy night driving and tight, technical store backing
Holiday Availability & Weekends: Fully off on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day with no deliveries scheduled, though normal dispatching covers weekend shifts.

Screening & Qualifications

License & Credentials: Unexpired Class A CDL and active DOT Medical Card; minimum 21 years of age
Experience Tiers: Welcoming trainees with 0 months experience (must hold a valid CDL-A) OR experienced drivers with 6+ months OTR in the last 12 months (or 12 months in the last 5 years; local tractor-trailer experience fully counted)
Hiring Territory: Must reside within 50 miles of designated hiring zip codes across Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
Physical Standard: Must be physically fit and comfortable handling repeated 50 to 75 lb lifts during 5,000+ piece hand-unloads
Safety & Background: MVR must reflect no severe preventable collisions over the last 5 years, with job tenure showing no more than 4 driving employers in the trailing 12 months. Mandatory completion of pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug screenings (Non-SAP compliant).
