Earnings & Route Highlights
- Weekly Earnings Average: $1,400 gross per week
- Target Annual Salary: $72,800 per year ($1,400/wk x 52 weeks)
- Base Mileage Rate: $0.60 CPM across all loaded miles (~1,800 miles/week)
- Stackable Offload Incentives: $100.00 flat pay per load + $25.00 per store stop
- Home Time Routine: Home weekly (twice a week) to get your full 34-hour weekend reset (Drivers taking Friday Utah runs wrap up their reset on Monday)
- Regional Coverage: Out-and-back runs from Phoenix servicing stores across Arizona, Utah, Southern California (San Diego area), and Nevada (Las Vegas area)
- Freight & Handling: Hands-on delivery utilizing liftgates to unload RotoCarts (80%) and down-stack loose boxes (20%)
- Experience Level: Open to CDL-A Trainees and experienced Class A drivers (No specialized endorsements required)
- Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card
- Shift Expectations: Early morning store drop-offs running across day and night operational windows; weekend dispatches as needed
- Screening Standard: Clean driving record; must pass hair follicle and urine DOT drug testing (Non-SAP compliant)
