Dedicated Class A Driver - Target Newton DC - Flexible Weekly Home Time ($2,500 Bonus)

THE REWARDS

Predictable Pay: Weekly average of ~$1,000 to $1,200 ($52,000 to $55,000 annually).
$2,500 Bonus Structure: Fast-starting payout ($250 at 1st load, 30, 60, 120, 150 days; $500 at 90 days; $750 at 180 days).
No-Touch Drop & Hook: 90% drop-and-hook operation-get back on the road without waiting around dock bays.
Paid Onboarding: $100 per day for 1-2 days of ride-along training.
Equipment & Support: Modern Freightliners, Kenworths, and Internationals backed by dedicated onsite DC management. Vacation time starts at 1 year.

THE ROUTINE

Home Schedule: Not home daily, but offers multiple weekly stops at home (2-3 times/week) plus your main 34-hour weekend/restart.
Driving Profile: Running ~2,300-2,500 miles per week across 4 loads into NC, VA, MD, and TN.
Shift Details: Departures range between 0800-2359. Night driving makes up roughly half of your weekly mileage. Weekends and holidays are standard workdays (except Christmas).

Valid Class A CDL with 3+ months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 36 months.
Pre-employment DOT Drug Screening (urine & hair).
Residence within 60 miles of Newton, NC.
