Dedicated Local CDL-A Night Driver (Henderson NC) - ~$1,250/Wk Avg ($2.5K Bonus)

THE AT-A-GLANCE BREAKDOWN
- The Schedule: Night dispatches (8:00 PM - 11:00 PM) | Rotating schedule: 6 days on/34-hr reset, then 5 days on/2 days off | Includes weekends (heavy days Wed-Sat).
- The Money: Average ~$1,180 to $1,290+ per week (Up to $70,000 annual potential) + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus.
- The Pay Mechanics:
- Higher of Base CPM ($0.45 - $0.54 CPM) OR Mileage Band Pay ($41 - $96 per trip)
- $20 stop pay (~1,250 avg miles/wk)
- Paid training ($50 classroom day / $100/day ride-along)
- The Route: Dispatch out of Henderson, NC delivering refrigerated loads to store locations in SC, NC, TN, and VA (within 300 miles).
- The Freight: 100% No-Touch Reefer | 1-3 routes daily with 1-3 stops per run.
- The Fleet: Slip-seat International, Freightliner, and Kenworth day cabs (must have daily personal commute to DC).
QUALIFICATIONS & SCREENING
- Active Class A CDL with 3+ months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
- Pre-employment DOT Drug Screen (urine and hair follicle).
- Customer service mindset (ensuring store receiving sign-off on arrival).
