- What is the pay scale on this account?
Drivers average $1,250 to $1,450+ weekly ($65,200 to $75,500 per year). Pay is based on a mileage scale ranging from $0.58 to $0.66 CPM depending on your verified tractor-trailer experience. - How many miles I can expect each week?
You will average around 2,200 miles per week running solo OTR routes. - Do I have to touch the freight?
No. This is 100% no-touch dry van freight. Deliveries are a mix of drop-and-hook and live dock appointments at wholesaler and partner facilities. - What is the home time expectation?
You will be out on the road for 2 to 3 weeks at a time, followed by 2 to 3 full days off at home. (Note: Drivers must have a safe, secure spot to park equipment during resets). - What equipment will I be driving?
Late-model condo sleeper trucks pulling dry van trailers. - What benefits are included?
Full health coverage (medical, dental, vision), PTO, and a company-matched 401(k) kick in after 60 days. Some drivers may undergo a 1-week paid mentor orientation program based on experience.
- Valid Class A commercial license and up-to-date DOT medical card required.
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience in the last 6 months
- Clean MVR and background standing
- Must pass DOT urine and hair drug screenings
