The Financial Highlights
All-In Mileage Rate: Approx $1.30/mile (all-in)
- Weekly Average: $1,300+ / week
- Top 20% Performers: Pull in up to $2,000 / week
- Mileage Rate: Up to $0.76 CPM (based on experience)
- Full Trailer Unload Pay: $265 per trailer
- Weekly Load Bonus: $125 extra each week for running 3+ loads
- Backhaul Pay: $35 per backhaul
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Total paid out over 180 days ($250 after 1st load, $250 @ 30 days, $250 @ 60 days, $500 @ 90 days, $250 @ 120 days, $250 @ 150 days, and $750 @ 180 days)
Route & Schedule Breakdown
- Home Time: Weekly 34-hour home reset (Drivers in Front Royal or Philadelphia may get extra home breaks during the week!)
- Running Area: Delivering dedicated store freight through VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV
- Weekly Volume: ~1,500 miles/week | Minimum 3 loads/week | 1-6 stops per trailer
- Shift Environment: Overnight driving with early morning deliveries (weekend & holiday runs included)
- Paid Orientation / Ride-Along: 1 week paid training at $150/day
Requirements
- Class A CDL with Doubles Endorsement (Required)
- At least 3 months of Class A experience in the last 36 months
- Solid skills with tight/hard backing maneuvers
- Physical capability to handle manual trailer unloads
- Reliable customer service mindset
- Clean MVR and background check
- Must bring 2 weeks of personal supplies for orientation
