CDL-A Drivers Needed | Southwest Routes | Consistent Miles

We're hiring Class A CDL drivers for a Southwest regional position offering steady miles, consistent freight, and reliable weekly home time. This route is designed for drivers who want a predictable schedule, minimal-touch freight, and strong earning potential.

Now hiring drivers based in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Salt Lake City (UT), Las Vegas (NV), and Reno (NV).

Minimum 6 months of recent experience required.

Route Details

• Regional runs throughout the Southwest
• Average 2,200+ miles per week
• Home weekly for reset
• 100% dry van freight
• No-touch freight
• Majority drop & hook

• $0.53 CPM on all miles (loaded + empty)
• Safety bonus: +$.01-$.03 CPM
• Additional +$.01 CPM for Hazmat endorsement (not required)
• Consistent freight = reliable weekly income
