Location: Must live within 90 miles of Orlando, FL
Position Type: Recent CDL School Graduate
Launch Your Driving Career
Just earned your CDL? This program is designed specifically for recent truck driving school graduates who are ready to gain hands-on experience and begin their career as a professional over-the-road driver.
No previous driving experience is required.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will attend a 7-day onboarding program in Tontitown, AR before beginning over-the-road training.
During onboarding, drivers will:
Following onboarding, drivers will spend a minimum of 10 days on the road with an experienced mentor driver.
Training Pay
After successfully completing the mentor program, drivers will transition into a solo driving position.

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduated from a truck driving school within the last 12 months
- Ability to meet DOT requirements
- Good driving record
- Willing to travel for onboarding and complete mentor training

During onboarding, drivers will:
- Meet members of the operations and safety teams
- Complete a driving assessment
- Participate in additional instruction if necessary
- Learn company procedures and expectations
- Paid Orientation
- $100 Food Stipend
Following onboarding, drivers will spend a minimum of 10 days on the road with an experienced mentor driver.
Training Pay
- Earn a flat rate of $75 per day during training.
After successfully completing the mentor program, drivers will transition into a solo driving position.
After Training
As a solo driver, you will:
- Be assigned your own truck
- Earn CPM based on your home location and account assignment
- Become eligible for bonus opportunities
