Hiring Area: Must live within 40 miles of Polk City, FL (Lakeland market)
Position Overview
We're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional position serving customers throughout Florida. This opportunity offers consistent freight, reliable weekly miles, and home time every week.
Drivers typically spend 2-3 nights on the road before returning home for a 34-hour reset.
Compensation
This fleet operates exclusively within Florida, providing consistent regional routes and predictable freight.

- Starting Pay: $0.63 CPM
- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,150-$1,400
- Average Weekly Miles: 1,800-2,200
- Metro Pay: $120 for loads under 200 miles
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop (excluding the origin and final destination)
- Home Weekly
- 34-hour reset at home
- Typically 2-3 nights out each week
- Saturday work is required
This fleet operates exclusively within Florida, providing consistent regional routes and predictable freight.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 12 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience required
- Must live within 40 miles of Polk City, FL
- Must meet DOT qualifications
- Safe driving record
