Position Overview:
We are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers to haul live pigs using 2-, 3-, and 4-deck livestock trailers. Drivers will be responsible for safely loading and unloading pigs inside the trailer at farm locations. This is a specialized, hands-on role that requires animal handling and biosecurity compliance.

Responsibilities
-Operate CDL-A tractor-trailers transporting live pigs between farms and facilities -Load and unload pigs inside trailers (2-, 3-, and 4-deck trailers) -Follow biosecurity protocols to maintain animal health and safety -Complete pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment -Comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies
Requirements
-Valid CDL-A license
-6 months class A tractor trailer experience
-Ability to handle live animals and perform physical work inside trailers -Must adhere to strict biosecurity and animal welfare protocols

Pay & Benefits
- Sign-on Bonus: $15,000!!
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,635 (based on ~2,300 miles per week)
- Training Pay: $1,300/week during 4 weeks of training (includes loading/unloading pigs and biosecurity protocol)
- Safety Bonus: $.02 per mile monthly bonus
- Competitive mileage rates
- Benefits package available (health, dental, vision, etc. if offered)
Schedule & Home time
- Operating areas: MO, AR, IA, IL, IN, OH
- Typical schedule: Monday AM - Saturday AM (drivers may be home by Friday PM)
- Possibility of being home 2+ nights during the week depending on route
