Full Description

We're currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for solo OR mentor opportunities based within 90 miles of Williamsport, PA.

If you're looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, and no-touch freight, we'd love to speak with you. Drivers can choose to run solo or become a mentor to enhance their pay.
Position Highlights

Solo OTR routes with drivers typically out 5-7 days
Home time between trips
100% no-touch freight
Solo position available
Late-model equipment
Consistent miles and year-round freight

Pay

Earn $0.70 CPM or more, based on experience
Weekly pay
Additional performance incentives may be available

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Must live within 90 miles of Williamsport, PA
Must be at least 21 years old
Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States

CDL-A Driver Trainer (Mentor) | OTR | Earn Up to $0.90+ CPM

Are you an experienced CDL-A driver who enjoys helping others succeed?

We're looking for Driver Trainers (Mentors) to work with new drivers while continuing to earn strong miles and competitive pay.
What You'll Do

As a Driver Trainer, you'll work one-on-one with student drivers as they complete their required over-the-road training. Trainers receive priority dispatch and have access to additional pay opportunities while helping new drivers build safe driving habits.
Schedule

Typically out 11 days
- 1 day observation
- 10 qualifying training days
Many trainers choose to take home time or run solo between trainees
Priority miles available throughout training assignments

Pay

Starting at $0.70 CPM, based on experience
+$0.10 CPM training pay
+Up to $0.10 CPM productivity pay
Additional bonus opportunities available

New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply! We offer paid training, including over-the-road training with an experienced mentor, to help you build your experience and confidence. Drivers new to the industry will start at $0.35 CPM during training and until they reach 3 months of experience. Once 3 months of experience has been completed, drivers will be eligible for an upgrade to our standard solo pay starting at $0.70 CPM
