Pay & Bonuses:
- $0.70-$0.80 CPM based on experience
- $17 per stop pay
- $1,000 winter mountain driving bonus (Nov-Mar)
- Up to 3% bonus for safe, on-time deliveries
- Annual earnings between $73,372-$82,212
- Weekly earnings: $1,500-$1,600
Route Options:
- Local (50-mile radius of Denver): Home daily, with rare overnight runs during surge periods
- Regional (51-100 miles radius of Denver): Home weekly with multiple opportunities to pass by the house
Service Areas: Routes cover Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah. Drivers average 1,700 miles per week with consistent no-touch freight.
Equipment:
- New, well-maintained fleet
- Primarily 2025 automatic trucks with auto-chains
- No-touch reefer loads (training provided)
- Mix of live unloads and drop-and-hook
Duties:
- Operate commercial vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Plan and follow efficient routes for deliveries while adhering to schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to truck driving
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable driving experience (recent)
- Clean driving record and a strong safety mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
