CDL-A Driver - Dedicated Reefer Account | Weekly Home Time
We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated refrigerated account offering consistent miles, dependable weekly income, and structured routes. This position provides steady freight, newer equipment, and a schedule designed to keep you moving while still getting home regularly.

We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated refrigerated account offering consistent miles, dependable weekly income, and structured routes. This position provides steady freight, newer equipment, and a schedule designed to keep you moving while still getting home regularly.
Route & Schedule
- Regional routes across Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah
- Average ~1,700 miles per week
- Home weekly (home daily options may be available based on location)
- Approximately 6 loads per week with multiple delivery stops
- Night driving required
- Freight includes a mix of live unload and drop & hook
- $0.70 - $0.80 CPM based on experience
- Average weekly earnings: $1,400 - $1,600
- Annual earnings: $73,000 - $82,000+
- $17 per stop pay
- Up to 3% bonus for safety and on-time performance
- Late-model, well-maintained fleet
- Primarily 2025 automatic trucks with auto-chains
- Refrigerated trailers (training provided)
- Consistent, year-round freight
- Organized routing and delivery schedules
- Support from an experienced dispatch team
- Focus on safety and driver efficiency
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Paid onboarding process (virtual orientation available)

- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Safe driving record and strong safety mindset
- Must meet all DOT hiring requirements
