CDL-A Driver - Dedicated Reefer Routes | Flexible Home Time
We are currently hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated refrigerated account offering steady freight, reliable miles, and consistent weekly earnings. Drivers on this account run established routes and operate newer equipment designed for comfort and efficiency.
Depending on where you live, this position offers home daily or weekly options.

Route & Schedule Overview
- Operating across Colorado and Southern Wyoming
- Average ~1,700 miles per week
- Home daily or weekly based on location
- Combination of live unload and drop & hook freight
- Typically 1-3 loads per day with multiple delivery stops
- Approx. 13 stops per week
- Night, evening, and early morning driving required
- No mountain driving required
- $0.70 - $0.80 CPM depending on experience
- Average weekly pay: $1,400 - $1,600
- Annual earnings: $73,000 - $82,000+
- $17 per stop pay
- Up to 3% performance bonus for safety and on-time deliveries
- Guaranteed weekly pay available
- Late-model, well-maintained fleet
- 2025 automatic trucks equipped with auto-chains
- Refrigerated trailers (training provided if needed)
- Consistent, no-touch freight
- Structured routes and predictable schedules

- Valid Class A CDL

- Must be 21 years or older
