We are hiring CDL-A drivers for established Great Lakes regional lanes with dependable freight demand and newer equipment. This role offers a productive weekly schedule with a balance of highway driving and planned delivery appointments.

What Drivers Can Expect

• Regional runs throughout the Midwest and Great Lakes area
• Average weekly mileage around 1,800 miles
• Home once per week for scheduled reset time
• Freight is preloaded with minimal driver handling
• Mix of drop-and-hook moves and scheduled unload stops
• Operate 2021 or newer tractors designed for driver comfort
• Reliable year-round freight flow

• Mileage pay $0.57 - $0.60 per mile depending on experience
• Detention pay after 2 hours at $12.50 per hour
• Layover / breakdown compensation $100 per day
• Performance incentives available up to +3 CPM

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Good safety record preferred
• Must meet all DOT hiring standards
