Job Description
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated account serving retail locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. This position offers weekly home time, dedicated freight, and additional compensation for unloading and backhaul assignments.
Drivers on this account unload freight using a roller system at customer locations.

Schedule
- Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
- Average 1,500 miles per week
- Average 1-6 delivery stops per trailer
- Regional routes
Drivers primarily operate throughout:
- Virginia
- North Carolina
- Washington, DC
- Pennsylvania
- New Jersey
- Ohio
- West Virginia
- $0.60-$0.73 CPM (based on experience)
- Average weekly earnings: $1,725-$2,200
- $250 unload pay per trailer
- $35 backhaul pay
- $125 weekly incentive for completing three unloads
- Additional pay for qualifying deliveries into New York City boroughs
- Sign-on bonus available for qualified applicants
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely
- Deliver dry van freight to retail locations
- Unload freight using a roller system
- Complete required inspections and electronic logs
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must meet DOT qualification requirements
