Weekly Home Time Regional CDL-A Driver Needed - Southwest Runs

We are hiring Class A drivers for a Southwest regional lane offering predictable weekly schedules, strong per-mile pay, and newer equipment. This position is ideal for drivers who want to stay productive on the road while still getting regular time at home.

Only 3 months of experience required.

Route & Schedule Details

• Regional runs throughout the Southwest
• Average ~1,800 miles per week
• Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset
• Freight is no-touch
• Mix of drop & hook (50-60%) and live unloads (40-50%)
• Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworth trucks
• Reliable freight volume year-round

• Base pay: $.54 - $.60 CPM (based on experience)
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Detention pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
• Layover / breakdown pay: $100 per day
• Performance bonus: Up to +3 CPM for safety, productivity & mileage

• Valid Class A CDL
