CDL-A Local Flatbed Steel Hauler - Home Daily $32-$35 per hour + $10,000 Sign-On
Aim Transportation Solutions is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed steel haulers for a local, hourly position based in Minneapolis, MN. You will haul steel on flatbed and Conestoga trailers, be home every day, and enjoy steady hours with a 40-hour weekly guarantee (when available for work).

CDL-A Local Flatbed Steel Hauler - Home Daily $32-$35 per hour + $10,000 Sign-On
Aim Transportation Solutions is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed steel haulers for a local, hourly position based in Minneapolis, MN. You will haul steel on flatbed and Conestoga trailers, be home every day, and enjoy steady hours with a 40-hour weekly guarantee (when available for work).
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $32.00 per hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for experienced steel haulers (paid $2,500 per quarter over 1 year)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, start between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- Hours: Local, home daily, minimum 40 hours per week guaranteed when you are available for work
- Pay Frequency: Paid weekly
- Haul steel products on flatbed and Conestoga equipment
- Safely secure and tarp loads as required
- Operate within local routes out of Minneapolis, MN, home daily
- Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and customer requirements
- Communicate with dispatch and customers in a professional manner

- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Flatbed steel hauling experience required (securement and tarping)
- Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, with morning start times
