Full Description

CDL-A Truck Driver | Regional CDL-A Truck Driver | Cleveland, OH

No-touch dry van with frequent drop-and-hook freight
Home Time: 7-10 days | Weekly Pay: $1,300 to $1,500

Dispatch coordination drives how loads move across this network, allowing a CDL-A truck driver to move between stops through scheduled load assignments that limit downtime and keep routes progressing.

Driver Workflow Snapshot
• Assigned routes are arranged to support ongoing movement between stops
• Load sequencing is coordinated through dispatch to minimize wait time
• Drop-and-hook freight allows quicker turnarounds at facilities
• No-touch freight keeps attention on driving responsibilities

This setup helps a CDL-A driver maintain a steady pace while working within a system built around organized routing and balanced run cycles.

Equipment & Comfort

Late-model automatic trucks are maintained on preventative service intervals to support reliability across routes. Each unit includes inverters and refrigerators, giving a Class A CDL driver a more comfortable day-to-day setup on the road.

Drivers are permitted to take assigned equipment home between runs, whether loaded or empty, which supports flexibility and reduces unnecessary travel time.

Earnings Overview

Earnings are supported by active freight demand and coordinated dispatch planning. Additional incentives may be available based on completed loads and driving activity.

Work Structure

Dispatch teams align load assignments to keep trucks moving through planned routing patterns. A CDL-A truck driver works within a system where communication supports organized pickups, deliveries, and route transitions.

This approach helps limit delays between assignments while maintaining a manageable balance between time on the road and time off for CDL A drivers.
