Full Description

Springfield, MO

Regional CDL-A Truck Driver
Weekly Pay: $1,250 to $1,740
Home Time: Every 14 days (east of Mississippi) / every 21 days (west)
Freight: Temperature-controlled truckload and multi-stop refrigerated loads

This opportunity is designed for experienced CDL-A truck drivers seeking consistent freight, structured routing, and predictable time off. Freight lanes primarily operate through the Midwest and regions east of Interstate 35, allowing drivers to maintain steady movement while supporting temperature-controlled shipping networks. This role fits professional drivers who want nationwide exposure without being required to run every market.

Freight Network: Freight consists of temperature-controlled truckload and multi-stop refrigerated shipments moving through established regional corridors. Most routes remain within Midwest and eastern freight lanes, with occasional runs extending across the 48-state network depending on customer demand.

Drivers operating in this fleet are not required to run New York City or the five boroughs, providing flexibility for those who prefer to avoid those areas.

Driver Snapshot

Home Time: Every 14 days (east) / every 21 days (west)
Weekly Pay: $1,250 to $1,740
Freight Network: Refrigerated truckload and multi-stop lanes

Equipment: CDL-A truck drivers operate late-model equipment designed for long-haul comfort and reliability. The fleet primarily includes 2021-2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultraloft tractors, along with select Kenworth T680 units.

All trucks are equipped with APUs (primarily ThermoKing with some Carrier systems), refrigerators, and power inverters. Equipment operates with outward-facing cameras only and is governed at 70 mph for both cruise and pedal. Most tractors are powered by PACCAR engines and maintained to support consistent performance across long-haul operations.

Operations: Drivers in this fleet average approximately 2,087 miles per week, with higher-performing CDL-A truck drivers frequently reaching averages closer to 2,600 miles depending on freight flow and dispatch coordination. Structured dispatch planning supports consistent miles while maintaining reliable routing across assigned lanes.

Benefits: Drivers receive major medical coverage, 401(k) options, and paid vacation time. A per-diem program and weekly pay guarantee help provide earnings stability for the CDL-A truck driver operating within this fleet.
