Driver Snapshot
• Regional lanes with rotating routes across the Eastern Mid-Atlantic
• Weekly home time built into run cycles

• Mix of repeat stops and varied delivery points

Routes are assigned ahead of time to support a planned delivery sequence, helping a Class A CDL driver maintain movement with limited delays between stops.

Route Execution

Freight movement is aligned to keep CDL A truck drivers progressing between pickups and deliveries with limited delays between stops. A CDL A driver works within a system that matches dispatch timing with delivery windows.

Drivers handle preloaded trailers, allowing quicker turnarounds and less time spent waiting at facilities.

Equipment & Driving Setup

Late-model automatic trucks are assigned and maintained on routine service intervals to support reliability across regional routes. Each unit includes inverters and refrigerators to improve comfort during time on the road.

Drivers are permitted to keep assigned trucks between runs, which helps reduce downtime at the start of each work cycle.

Work Conditions

The operating environment emphasizes communication between drivers and dispatch, with load details provided ahead of each run.

This approach supports better trip planning and reduces the need for frequent adjustments while on the road.
• No-touch freight reduces time spent at docks
• Drop-and-hook freight supports faster transitions

These elements contribute to a more efficient day-to-day experience.

Driver Qualifications

A CDL-A truck driver must hold a valid Class A CDL and demonstrate safe driving practices. Recent tractor-trailer experience is required, along with a consistent work history for a CDL A driver and attention to safety standards.
