CDL-A Truck Driver
Location: Jackson, MS 39201
Weekly Pay: $1,300 to $1,500
Home Time: Weekly reset
Freight: No-touch dry van with drop-and-hook
Equipment & Operations

Truck and trailer coordination is arranged to keep equipment positioned for upcoming loads, allowing drivers to transition between assignments with minimal delay. A CDL-A truck driver operates within a setup where routing and trailer availability are aligned ahead of each move.

Late-model International LT tractors are assigned and maintained through scheduled service intervals to support reliability. Each unit includes inverters and APUs, giving a Class A CDL driver a consistent and comfortable setup during runs.
Load Management

Freight runs through established Southeast and Midwest lanes with routes planned to maintain continuity across the week. Delivery sequences are organized to support ongoing progression between stops rather than frequent rerouting.

This structure allows a CDL-A truck driver to stay aligned with delivery timing while maintaining a consistent run pattern.
Driver Snapshot
• Miles: 1,800-2,400 per week
• Freight: No-touch dry van
• Load type: Drop-and-hook with some live unload
• Running area: Primarily east of I-35

This position fits a CDL A driver seeking dependable freight and a steady weekly workload.
Home Time & Schedule

Home time is built around a weekly 34-hour reset, allowing drivers to plan time off with advance visibility.

Routing is arranged to support a repeatable schedule, helping a CDL-A truck driver maintain balance between time on the road and time at home.
Benefits & Support

Drivers have access to medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) program and paid time off.

Additional programs include rider and pet policies, along with support resources that assist with trip coordination and daily operations.
Work Environment

The operating environment emphasizes planning, communication, and equipment readiness. A CDL-A truck driver works within a system that supports organized routing and steady freight handling.
Driver Requirements

A Class A CDL driver must hold a valid CDL-A license and meet minimum experience requirements. Drivers must be able to pass a DOT physical and maintain a safe driving record.
