Pay & Bonuses:
- Weekly Base Pay: $1,225 - $1,455 (before any bonuses)
- Base CPM + Tiered Pay Scale (experience-based)
- + $0.10 CPM while training
- + $0.04 CPM productivity bonus
- Bonuses after student milestones:
- $500 after 10K safe miles
- $300 after 20K safe miles
- Elite Mentor Rewards: After 6 students trained, earn $0.01 CPM for every mile they drive in their 1st solo year
- Runs average 11 days OTR (NOT 3-4 weeks out like other mentor roles)
- Students must drive minimum 5 hours per day - you can maximize the rest of the 14-hour clock
- Flexible breaks: Take a week off or run solo between students
- Paid Development Training: $850 completion pay + extra bonuses for student pickup/dispatch
- NextGen Mentor Training Program (hotel & meals provided)
- Online training checklist for smoother mentoring
- Structured system designed to set mentors & students up for success
- Paid on all truck miles (driver + student)
