Compensation
- Average weekly earnings: $1,644 - $1,744
- Pay varies based on experience, route assignment, attendance, and availability
- Additional earnings may be available based on experience level and performance metrics
- Sign-on bonus available (paid in installments; eligibility requirements apply)
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Opportunities for increased earnings based on experience and consistent work history
- Local driving position with same-day return
- Home daily
- Consistent dry van freight
- 100% no-touch freight
- Mix of drop-and-hook and occasional live unload depending on route
- Company-assigned equipment
- Freight type: primarily dry van
- Flexible scheduling options based on business needs
- Two days off per week (may not be consecutive)
- Day and night shifts available
- Typical workday: 10-11 hours
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
- Online orientation available
- Efficient onboarding process designed to get drivers started quickly
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and road evaluation
- Must meet all safety and compliance requirements
- Paid time off accrual starting on day one
