Compensation
- Average weekly pay: $1,700 - $1,850
- Estimated earnings based on experience, routes, and schedule
- Consistent miles and reliable pay structure
Orientation
- Online orientation available
- Streamlined onboarding process
Schedule & Work Expectations
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Day and night shift options available
- Occasional weekend work (up to one weekend per month based on business needs)
- Average workday: 10-11 hours
- Overnight travel required (approximately 4-5 nights per week)
- Availability to work assigned holidays as needed
Home Time
- Semi-local operation
- Home most nights
- Two full days off each week
- Predictable scheduling
Position Overview
- 100% no-touch freight
- Combination of drop and hook and live loads
- Assigned, well-maintained equipment
- Freight may include dry van, refrigerated, port/rail, or flatbed
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a road test and pre-employment drug screen
- Must meet company safety and hiring standards
