We're seeking reliable CDL-A Regional Drivers for a dedicated fleet offering steady miles, weekly home time, and competitive pay. This position is ideal for drivers who want consistent daytime freight, modern equipment, and the support of a driver-first company culture.

Job Overview:
We're seeking reliable CDL-A Regional Drivers for a dedicated fleet offering steady miles, weekly home time, and competitive pay. This position is ideal for drivers who want consistent daytime freight, modern equipment, and the support of a driver-first company culture.
Position Highlights:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,652-$2,127+
- Pay increases once experience is verified
- Extra compensation for stops and backhauls
- Regional freight with guaranteed weekly home time
- All deliveries are scheduled during the day
- Hands-on freight unloading with roller rack system
- W-2 Solo Company Driver role
- Assigned tractor with automatic transmission
- Fleet includes 2019 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth models
- 3 days of paid orientation and training (travel costs covered)
- Health, Dental & Vision insurance after 30 days
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off for holidays and vacation
- Regular wage increases
- Access to quality driver facilities
- Active CDL-A license
- At least 3 months of OTR tractor-trailer driving experience
- 21 years of age or older
- Must pass DOT drug screen & background check
- No SAP drivers
