Full Description
Location: Jackson, MS 39201 | Home Time: Weekly Home Time
Pay: $1,375-$1,625 per week | Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight
• Established regional freight network
• 60% drop-and-hook freight
• Assigned Kenworth T-680 equipment
• $3,000 sign-on bonus and paid orientation
Strong operational support and a stable regional freight network help CDL-A truck drivers stay productive throughout the week. This position offers weekly home time, assigned equipment, and no-touch freight while operating across established regional lanes.
Job Details
Equipment:
• Assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors
• Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, refrigerator, double bunk, and Bluetooth capability
• Outward-facing cameras only
SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic reefer trailers are utilized throughout the fleet. Assigned equipment may be parked at home when suitable parking is available.
Operations: Drivers haul 100% no-touch freight through established regional lanes. Freight consists of approximately 60% drop-and-hook freight and 40% scheduled live-load freight. Drivers are paid on all dispatched miles, loaded and empty, while operating primarily east of I-35 within a structured regional network.
Earnings Structure:
• $1,375 to $1,625 per week
• $3,000 sign-on bonus
• Quarterly performance-based incentives and additional accessorial pay opportunities when applicable
Onboarding: Company-paid orientation is provided, along with orientation pay. Following orientation, drivers transition into scheduled freight rotations within the regional fleet.

Qualifications: Current Class A CDL required. 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last year. Ability to safely operate equipment and maintain compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
