Full Description
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53202 | Home Time: Weekly Home Time
Pay: $1,375-$1,625 per week | Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight
• Established regional freight lanes
• Approximately 60% drop-and-hook freight
• Assigned Kenworth T-680 equipment
• Paid orientation and $3,000 sign-on bonus
Consistent regional freight flow across established lanes helps CDL-A truck drivers maintain dependable route movement throughout the week. Drivers operate assigned equipment, haul 100% no-touch freight, and return home weekly while running within a structured regional network.
Dependable lane coverage and coordinated dispatch planning help support steady freight movement and consistent weekly operations.
Job Details
Operations: Drivers operate throughout established regional lanes primarily east of I-35 while hauling 100% no-touch freight. Freight is approximately 60% drop-and-hook and 40% scheduled live-load freight. All dispatched miles, loaded and empty, are paid to help support consistent weekly earnings.
Equipment:
• Assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors
• Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, refrigerator, double bunk, and Bluetooth capability
• Outward-facing cameras only
SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic trailers are utilized throughout the fleet. Assigned equipment may be parked at home when suitable parking is available.
Pay and Incentives:
• $1,375 to $1,625 per week
• $3,000 sign-on bonus
• Quarterly performance incentives and additional accessorial pay opportunities when applicable
Getting Started: Company-paid orientation includes orientation pay. Following orientation, drivers move directly into scheduled regional freight assignments with established lane coverage.

Qualifications: Current Class A CDL required. Six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year. Ability to safely operate equipment while maintaining compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
Professional CDL-A truck drivers can expect assigned equipment, consistent regional freight, weekly home time, and support from an experienced operations team.
