Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70802 | Home Time: Weekly Home Time
Pay: $1,375-$1,625 per week | Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight
Weekly direct deposit
60% drop-and-hook freight
Assigned Kenworth T-680 equipment
$3,000 sign-on bonus available
Drivers looking for dependable regional miles without handling freight will find a structured operation built around established lane coverage and weekly home time. Assigned equipment, no-touch freight, and steady regional demand help keep drivers moving throughout the week.
Job Details
Operations: Freight moves through established regional lanes primarily east of I-35. Drivers haul 100% no-touch freight with approximately 60% drop-and-hook freight and 40% scheduled live-load freight. All dispatched miles are paid, loaded and empty, while operating throughout a multi-state regional network.
Equipment: Drivers are assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors equipped with a Thermo King APU, 2500-watt inverter, refrigerator, double bunk, Bluetooth capability, and outward-facing cameras only. SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic trailers are used throughout the fleet, and assigned equipment may be parked at home when suitable parking is available.
Pay and Incentives: Weekly earnings range from $1,375 to $1,625. Drivers are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus, quarterly performance incentives, and additional accessorial pay opportunities when applicable.
Getting Started: Paid orientation includes orientation pay. Once completed, drivers are dispatched into established regional freight lanes and begin their regular operating schedule.

Qualifications: Current Class A CDL required. Six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year. Ability to safely operate equipment while maintaining compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
